Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

The Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) is what you need to be a Sales Representative in South Australia.

From January 2009 you also need to be licensed by (OCBA) Office of Consumer and Business Affairs.

In class you will meet other students from across all the franchise and Independent groups in Adelaide. The quality of people you will network with will be invaluable to you during your career in real estate.

You do not need an employer to begin the course, we will have key speakers come and talk to you regarding employment in real estate. We have proven methods of locating employers and an excellent success rate in finding employment for our graduates.

The Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) will give you a pathway to the Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and with very little extra study you can achieve your Agents licence.
