Property Management
You may decide to attend our Property Management course to gain more
knowledge of how to deal with the tenants in your investment properties,
or you may be looking for employment as a property manager.
Either way you will come away with a great deal of knowledge from
a Trainer who is very experienced in Property Management.
In South Australia you need no specific qualification to be employed
as a Property Manager. However employers WILL look on you more
favourably if you have completed an introductory Property Management
course.
The cost of the Property Management (3) three day course is $850.
On completion you will receive a "Statement of Attainment"
stating that you have completed 7 units of study from the nationally
accredited Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
This will give you a pathway to a career in Sales if you complete the
remaining 17 units in the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real
Estate).
Property Management is held (5) five times a year, the dress is neat
casual and all classes are held from 9am to 4pm with the assessment
being completed in class.
3 day courses start:
- 14 Nov 2011

- 23 April 2012
