About Us The Real Estate Training College began training South Australians for the real estate industry in 1999, when we were situated in King William Street. In 2007 we moved to new modern premises in Franklin Street. All the training is done here at Level 5 / 31 Franklin Street, a 5 minute walk to the Central Markets and Victoria Square and just 10 minutes to the Railway Station on North Terrace. Our trainers are all currently working in the real estate industry and will be available to you for advice throughout your career. We have a notice board dedicated solely to "positions available" in real estate offices - there may be Sales Traineeships being offered, Commission Only positions and Property Management or Administration positions. Prospective employers are encouraged to send us a flyer to advertise their need for sales people, administrators or personal assistants. We pride ourselves on the personalised attention and mentoring you will receive from Marilyn and Greg to make the transition to your new career stress free.
